Pricing & Packages
We like to be honest and upfront about pricing, expections and deliverables. Below are the design packages we offer. We service OC and LA county but also offer virtual e-design services. If you don’t see one that works for you, let us know so we can discuss how we can help.
Please note that packages don’t include furniture selection unless stated.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION
IN-PERSON $350
VIRTUAL $150
• 60 minute walk-through of your home
• Design ideas and suggestions
During this consultation, we will give as much design advice and information as possible. Our in-person consultation is limited to properties within a 50 mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles. If you decide to sign up with us for any design package below on the same day, the consultation fee will go towards that package.

DESIGNER FOR A DAY
$1,500
• package 01 included (virtual consultation)
• 7 hours of in-person design time
• This package is for clients who want to purchase retail furniture and decor directly, but just wants a designer (personal shopper) at the furniture store(s). We can help with style and color recommendations as well as coordinating pieces to pull it all together.
During this virtual consultation and shopping experience, we will give as much design advice and information as possible. This service is limited to stores within a 50 mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN - A
$1,500 PER ROOM *
• package 01 included (virtual consultation)
• Site measurements of area/room (provided by owner)
• Mood board and furniture plan
• Furniture selection board with cost estimate (1 revision** included. additional revisions will be $150/hr)
• Furniture specification manual (We provide purchasing for $150/hr. Whatever we purchase for you will be discounted)
This package is great for clients who have a knack for design and can follow and implement on their own. Please note that paint/wallpaper, lighting, and artwork and accessories selections are not included, but can be added for $150/hr.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN - B
$2,500 PER ROOM *
• package 01 included
• Site measurements of area/room (provided by designer if needed)
• Mood board and furniture plan with call outs
• FF&E selection (furniture, paint/wallpaper, lighting, artwork and accessories) and cost estimate
• FF&E specification manual (We provide purchasing for $150/hr. Whatever we purchase for you will be discounted)
• Material selection with samples (tile, fabric, cabinet finishes etc)
• Includes 2 revisions** (additional revisions will be $150/hr)
• 2 site visits included (This can include site measurements or oversight of furniture installation)
This package is for clients who want a complete room makeover. Our designers can be on site for overseeing furniture install, as well as artwork and accessories placement (this would count as one site visit). Having designers on site is limited to properties within a 50 mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles.
This package does not include built-in cabinetry or custom millwork.

CONSTRUCTION/REMODELING DESIGN
$4,500 PER ROOM *
• package 01 included
• Site measurements of area/room (provided by designer if needed)
• Detailed construction floor plans, ceiling plans, electrical plans, and wall elevations
• Materials, lighting, plumbing, hardware, paint schedules
• Custom millwork 3d renderings/rendered elevations
• Full estimate of specified materials
This package is for clients who want a complete room renovation such as a bathroom or kitchen. This does not include furniture selection.

FULL HOME REMODEL - A
$10,000+
• package 01 included
• Site measurement of house (provided by designer if needed)
• Mood board, floor plan, ceiling plan (for key areas)
• Rendered elevations/3d renderings for key areas
• Images of suggested materials, paint and finish colors, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, tile selection etc
This package provides the overall style and design for the house renovation. GC will take over and implement the design. Client will take on responsibility of project managing, to execute the design with the GC.

FULL HOME REMODEL - B
$25,000+
• package 01 and 06 included
• Custom millwork drawings
• Electrical plan, lighting and switch plan, elevations with call outs
• Full interior design construction document set
This package provides all the details and information your GC would need to build the design. Everything is sourced and specified in the schedules for the GC to bid.
Notes:
• Design progress updates via Zoom will take place every one to two weeks.
• Commercial design prices vary depending on the scope of the project. Please contact us for a quote.
• Furniture selection, purchasing, and shipping coordination can be added to a package for $150/hr. We will give you an estimated number of hours.
*This applies to standard sized rooms. There are instances where living rooms are connected to the kitchen and dining room. We will determine exact pricing depending on your situation.
**Revision refers to one or two items. This does not mean an entire re-design of your room/area.
